De geschiedenis en herkomst van SCANPART

Since 1988, SCANPART has been Elka Pieterman’s private label and is widely used in retail, the electrical trade, and online sales. SCANPART originally comes from Norway, where it was introduced as a combination of SCANdinavian PARTs (SCAN PART).

With further development of the range, the logo was modernized in 2005 into the version that still appears on the products today. From that point on, SCANPART also stood for ‘SCANning PARTs,’ as all SCANPART articles were provided with a scannable barcode, something that was uncommon for accessories and parts until then.

With the SCANPART brand, Elka Pieterman also offers a range of vacuum cleaner bags sold under the CleanBag label.
